Cabin crew union which is representing the employees of the airport management said that the results of the one year last dispute have been not recommended by the union employees. Therefore I am approaching the company so that there should be any recommendable settlement between the company and the union employees which are working to their royal level.
The main objective of opening the talks with the management authorities is that the cabin crew members should be satisfied with the decision and the payroll system of the airport management authority as told by Tony Woodley, Unite’s joint-general secretary, said in a statement on Tuesday. Cuts to pay and staffing levels are the main centre of the dispute between the management and cabin crews.
A planned number of staff lot was suspended last week because a number cabin crew representatives thought they could not recommend it. There this table conference has been opened.
