The Chief executive of the Malaysian air Asia is considering a possible takeover bid for the British Airline Virgin Atlantic. This has been reported by the Sunday time news paper which is a renowned brand of the Malaysia. Tony Fernandez who is the owner and co co-coordinator of Asia’s largest budget carrier fleet. This has shown his interest in the United Kingdom airlines just after going against a bid, the news paper has said in an unsourced resource.
Any deal could be of maximum value as said by the reports. British billionaire Richard Branson has it share near about fifty one percent in the total deal as with regard to the business. The airline was founded in the year 1984 next there is going to be forty nine percent stake in virgin Atlantic.
The UK airline said several Business enquiry has been received with regard to the official line. This inquiry was about tie-ups with rivals and up to what extent they are going to affect the business activities of the rivals.
