British Airways and American airlines have jointly started hourly flights from Heathrow to New York. They have launched a transatlantic shuttle service betwixt US-UK routes. This service will come in to being from 27th of March, 2011 and travelers will be benefited a lot from this. All the daily flights will run in an hour gap from 1 O’ clock in the day to 8 O’ clock in the night leading to one and a half hour gap in the prior daily flights of morning. As per the prior schedule there use to be 3 hours gap between the daily morning flights.
Chicago and Miami flights for London have also changed their schedules to improve the service and facilitate the customers and travelers. British airways said that their joint business will facilitate customers and give them an option to fly non stop between New York’s JFK airport and Budapest starting from 5th April, 2011. And other similar service between Chicago and Helsinki will start operating from 1st May, 2011. Many other new routes have been incorporated by International Airlines Group (IAG), which comprises of BA, American airlines and Iberia. The joint business is on a way to a great success and will surely bear the fruits of success.
