Flights were suspended at the United Kingdom Birmingham Airport after a light aircraft has been crashed which is carrying the human organs for the purpose of transplantation in the human body. This accident has happened on Friday injuring two men on board, West Midlands Police and the airport said. Two-seater private Cessna light aircraft has been involved in the aircraft crash which police said has been “hard landing” and therefore caught fire.
One person was seriously burn and was lifted to hospital and the second person was suffering from back pain and flash burns and was also taken immediately to hospital for first aid.
A deep and thorough investigation will be undertaken with regard to the accident these all things will take place after the casualties will be secure, these organs were also rescued and under police escort have been taken to their destination,” police said.
