Europe’s largest airline by revenue, Air France KLM is creating a new structure that would enable it to make and extend its flight fleet. This planning is to bring more acquisitions and better integrated current joint ventures as reported by the La Tribune which is an official spokesman of the biggest airlines of Europe which has been existing in the current travel and tourism market.
Pierre-Henri Bourgeon, the chief executive of the airlines has revealed the idea in internal speech in January. This has been announced by the news paper in the edition which has been published in the Thursday editions.
The other projects of convergence are underway to allow the consolidation. This was said by the CEO according to the paper quotation “The group is going to welcome the new companies which are like the two big competitors of the (Lufthansa and British airways)
