Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport is the new hub for air Canada to take off. This information has been given by the airline on Monday evening. Initially the services are being offered to Montreal city airport. Air Canada said that it is going to provide near about fifteen non stop daily flights from the airport, located in an island minutes from Toronto downtown core, to Trudeau International Airport in Montreal. This airport is going to provide a great option for the passengers who are traveling from Toronto city airport.
Sky Regional Airlines is going to operate the flights which were confirmed during a bid process as said by the air Canada. Air Canada operated out of Toronto city airport with his regional flights jazz air. Porter Airlines, a private organization has a monopoly on flights out of the airport.
Air Canada said that they are talking with the airport management to provide the terminal facilities at any cost. Bombardier Q400 turboprop aircrafts are going to operate the flights of the air Canada and air Canada is going to take five such planes in the present scene of the airport. The expansion of the services by air Canada will no doubt provide the facility for the passengers who are traveling from this hub.
