Zimbabwe Airlines Warned its Pilots to Stop Strike

The sacking of pilots will be done if they will not return to work finishing their strike this report has been generated by the states media. The pilots are on the third day of the strike and the basic reason behind it is the difference in pay scale which the airlines is Providing. To neutralize the effect of this strike the airlines has began hiring the planes as well as the pilots from queries, the South African private airlines to cover its schedule.This action of strike is due to the difference in the pay scales of the pilots.

Jonathan Kadzura, said in a newspaper that if the pilots do not come to the work within twenty four hours then all the disciplinary actions will be taken against them to bring back to work. As all of us know that the economical conditions are not very good from the past some years of the Zimbabwe airlines.

The passengers have decreased up to a minimum level and the main earning of the airlines is from the passenger’s airfare this means that the strike will affect the airlines progress very much.
